An Internationally renowned Master Stylist, Paul Lochard is famous for his precision haircuts, and creative coloring techniques.

He is also a certified hair extension specialist. Trained in Montreal and Paris, Paul cut his teeth with the legendary Robin Weir in the nineties (Washington’s hairstylist for Hollywood celebrities and prominent personalities of the 90s). In 2001 he shifts base from Moscow, where he had opened a salon in 1997, to reinstall himself in the Washington area.

Paul leaves a high end salon in Bethesda exactly 5 years after he helped to create it to co-own and manage L’OR Hair Salon. Paul is a master craftsman who believes in creating cutting edge styles for his clients.

Victor Roa is a Vidal Sassoon trained master stylist and expert colorist. A certified hair extension specialist and trainer.

He also specializes in Japanese Thermal Reconstruction as well as the Brazilian Nano Keratin Treatments. He has a passion for sophisticated bridal and evening hair designs. He was Top 10 Intercoiffure Nouveau Timeless Classic Finalist and Top 5 Intercoiffure Generation Next Award Finalist. He is a stylist in demand as he works with those whose hair has been affected due to the side-effects of cancer and other related problems.

She is a pioneer in the art of Japanese Thermal Reconstructions and also specializes in Brazilian Keratin Treatments.
